Shipping policy

At The Keepsake Co., each magnet is custom-made with care, so please allow time for production before your order is shipped.

Processing Time

• Custom orders typically take 3-5 business days to create before shipping.
• Larger or bulk orders may require 7-10 business days.
• We'll always notify you if additional time is needed.

• If you need an order by a certain date, please contact us. We'd be happy to work with you!

Local Pickup (Optional)

If you’re local, we offer free local pickup. Once orders are fulfilled, you will receive an email and/or text message when it is ready for pick up. To ensure a safe and smooth handoff, please note the following: 

• Pick-up Times: Items will be available during the evenings for pick up. This is roughly 5pm-8pm. No pickups will be allowed after dark. 
• Security Cameras are on the premises

Delays & Lost Packages

Once your package is handed to the carrier, The Keepsake Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or items damaged in transit. If you experience any issues, please reach out — we’ll do our best to help resolve it.
