• How do I know which photos to choose?

  • That is the fun of it! You get to pick whichever photos you’d like! Pick the number of photos for your purchase, and upload before adding to cart. The higher quality of the photo, the better your magnet will turn out. 

• I’m having trouble uploading a photo. 
  • Each photo you upload needs to be under 10MB. If you crop the photo to a square, this can help cut down on MB if needed. Feel free to contact us if you continue having issues!

• Do you make edits to the photos before printing?
  • No edits on lighting, colors, etc. will be touched. The only reason we would edit your photo is if it was not uploaded as a 1:1 square. We will crop the photo into a square to capture what is in your upload.

• Where are you located?
  • We are located in the heart of downtown O'Fallon, IL. All items will be shipped from O'Fallon. If you are local and would like free pick up, the address will be provided at checkout. 

• How quick is the turn around time?
  • All orders are made to order. Turn around time for any magnet on the site is 3-5 business days before shipping. If you are ordering a large bulk order greater than 50, we may require 7-10 business days before shipping. 

• Do you come to events?
• • Of course! We’d love to be a part of your day in whichever way that looks like. Sporting, weddings, dance recitals, you name it, we can be there! Please see contact form under Information at the top menus. 

• Do you offer discounts?
  • There are no discounts unless a sale is currently going on. Each magnet & sets are priced for when you buy larger quantities, the less you are paying per magnet!
